Work begins with getting to know your business and the main design task.

We discuss general characteristics of the object, footage, timing, and choose the type of the project. Next, we determine whether it is necessary to develop a corporate identity and interior concept from scratch, or create a commercial space design based on a ready-made brand book. If this is a franchise, we can adapt a ready-made interior model to a new room.

As soon as we have determined the functional purpose of the project, its stylistic direction and your basic requirements, we draw up the terms of reference. At this stage, we form the general concept of your future interior.

Once the terms of reference are approved, we collect the key elements of the concept into an interior planning solution.Then we develop the zoning and functionality based on the way this space will interact with your potential client. We fill our schematic design with sketches and collages, which makes it more visual and concrete. Next, we determine the architectural solutions suitable for the task, and select materials in accordance with the budget.

At this stage of the process, the layout you have approved takes on a three-dimensional form. We create 3D images to see the future interior, textures of materials, lighting and all the worked out details from different angles.

Then we send the material to you for approval. If necessary, we make adjustments and prepare the final renderings.

Once we have agreed on all the images, we start creating a project for builders and equipment manufacturers. This is a set of documents that includes drawings and specifications necessary for repair and finishing works, as well as furniture manufacturing.

Architectural supervision is the control of repair and construction according to our drawings, which includes interaction with subcontractors and furniture manufacturers, selection of materials and interior items. We make sure that the work performed meets the requirements of the project, and in case of unforeseen circumstances, we promptly make adjustments to the drawings.

Creating a visual brand identity implies the development of a logo, the selection of suitable fonts and colors. All the elements should obey the general design concept, and at the same time complement each other in harmony. Our studio offers services to create a brand identity or its individual elements.
